CHM-Files are normal provided Files of the Windows System. They are containing alot of Informatons. When you want to find something, you have certain Ways to Realize. If you want to find a Keyword, you can enter this into a Search-Field or if you want into the Index. The File provides also a Favorite-Collection. This uses the Pre-Indexed Source-Files of the included Code and its Examples, Templates and other Stuff.
